Track Permission

Although it has taken longer than hoped i have finally got track permission, after many different choices and contacts i got a yes from the manager of The Noisettes and i am going to use the song That Girl. The song has a retro soul feel to it which i hope will become apparent in my music video. Below are both the emails i sent to the management of the band and the reply confirming the use of the song.

We have no problem with you using the Noisettes Track "That Girl"  for your Media Studies Course,  However this must be on the understanding that it is not to be used for any commercial gain

To whom it may concern,

I'm a sixth form students at Gillingham Comprehensive school, Dorset. As part of my A2 Media Studies coursework, i am required to create a music video as well as various different types of print media to go alongside this. As far as i am aware this is the management email for The Noisettes, and i would like to ask permission to use the song That Girl for our Media coursework music video.
