Poster and Album Cover Development

Throughout the construction of my poster and album cover I've come across various issues that mean the poster and album cover don't compliment each other efficiently. For example the font i have used on my album cover doesn't look right on the poster. Looking back at the album cover the style of font i originally picked looks out of place as it consists of straight lines whereas the foreground is made up of curved lines. This is why i have changed the font style to make it fit in with the whole album image. This change has also meant that the title now compliments the style of the poster. I'm also undecided whether the picture in the foreground of the tree works well on the poster or looks out of place.

Here is the poster with the tree in the foreground. I love how the tree and heart meet in the middle. The repetitiveness of the twigs also give an interesting effect of veins. However i feel that the tree does somewhat take away from the heart.

Here is the poster with no photo. What i love about his is the crisp white space around the heart that allows the red to burst out of the page.
